SAGE sits on the corner of Morelos and Comonfort, at the centre of San José del Cabo's Art District. Five seasons of cooking, pouring and hosting have shaped one standard. The team keeps it every night.

THE PLATE

Coastal catch and desert produce from Baja California Sur, cooked with a sure hand. Each dish is composed once and cooked to that standard nightly.

THE GLASS

A bar built around the menu. Aperitivo at five, a last pour at eleven.

THE ROOM

White walls, tall palms and open sky. Every table sits inside the scene.

THE HOUR

Thursday opens at four, in step with Art Walk. Every other night, five.

SAGE shares its street with the studios and galleries of the Art District. The neighbourhood sets the tone — made by hand, shown with care. Dinner here runs to a late drink, and a first visit runs to a standing reservation.

At SAGE, the kitchen draws from the depth and diversity of Baja California Sur with a point of view that is both grounded and expressive. Fire, freshness, and regional ingredients lead the way, resulting in dishes that feel considered without losing their ease.

The approach is simple in principle: cook with integrity, source with intention, and let the character of the ingredients speak clearly.
